HSE Induction
To provide employees with basic knowledge of Company policies and standards with regard to the personal conduct and safety behavior, as well as with basic safety principles.
First Aid basic level
This course has been designed to train personnel to a basic level of First Aid enabling them to act as first responders in the event of an emergency situation. The course gives the EAR and CPR skills. A number of most frequent injuries are overviewed and basic drills on their treatment are done.
First Aid advanced level
This course is aimed at providing ‘appointed persons’ with the required knowledge and understanding to enable them to provide adequate emergency first aid cover. This advanced program is designed for the personnel that work in remote areas and in potentially dangerous areas where the risk of being exposed to serious hazards is very high. The ability of nominated team to react properly to different types of traumas will be one of first priorities.
H2S Awareness. Respiratory Protection
This programme is designed to raise the awareness of the dangers associated with an H2S environment and the actions to take in the event of an emergency. The course can be theoretically based or coupled with a practical element.
Fire Safety: Fire prevention and control
This course teaches basic fire safety awareness as it applies to the workplace. The programme covers the contributing factors to fires, classes of fires, basic operation of fire extinguishers, evacuation principles. This training program will give updated, pertinent information regarding fire prevention tips and fire fighting techniques.
Defensive Driving (theory & practice)
The aim of the training is to minimize the fatality, traumas and damages resulting from the road and transport accidents through enhancing driver's skills in order to meet the required safe driving standards. To teach a driver to assess risks and forecast possible development of road situation. To increase driving culture, develop sense of responsibility to the performed work. To consolidate and assess theoretical knowledge on RK Traffic rules
Job Safety Analysis
In this course, the delegates will learn the basics of the performing a Job Safety Analysis (JSA), which is a proven process for controlling operating hazards and costs. You will get a step-by-step overview of the process, and define your role in making it effective. Through lecture, demonstrations, and workshops, the delegates will learn how to develop and manage a JSA program in your workplace. Learn how to enlist participation from line employees, supervisors, and upper management. The result: Better processes make a safer workplace - and that means improved production and higher profits.
Safety Observer
The training introduces major risk factors, safety precautions and responsibilities of a Safety Watch during various types of work activities. The training mainly focuses on correct documentation handling process for hazardous types of activities.
Risk Assessment
This assessment of risks at work is a statutory duty. Further, such risk assessments needs to be “suitable and sufficient”, and must be curried out by persons who are “competent” to carry out such assessment. Most assessment are “qualitative” in nature, which, are appropriate for the majority of risk assessment requirements. The major emphasis on the Course is to identify the true risks, and to be able identify genuine, practical, cost-effective solution to problems or concerns. Exercises and tasks form a significant part of this course. Assuming suitable opportunities exist that allow exercises to meet the training requirements, exercises can be tailored to specific work sites and activities.
